GUANGXI MEIBO NEW MATERIAL Co. Ltd was established in the time when Chinese enterprises was in the turning point from volume production to product quality.  The company has been devoting to participating in Green Building movement in China since it was established. The company was thus hired Dr. Junting Lei, a Chinese-American, who has over twenty years experience in building material production and application and well aware of the new and advanced building material around the world, as the chief of research and development for product designed and production. He will lead the company aiming at improving air quality of building and more durable building material products.

1986年公派出国留学，1992获得美国得克萨斯州农业－工业大学（Texas A&M University）高分子化学/电化学博士学位。1992年至1995年在美国亚历桑那州立大学（University of Arizona）化学系博士后研究。

2014年受邀回国作为多家企业顾问，为企业提供技术咨询、技术培训、专题报告等。在这期间，共获专利三项，另有五项专利正在复审阶段。现任中国石材协会人造石专委会专家组专家。
